This year each SP Floors & Design Center employee chose a charity that was important to them and asked the company to donate to it on their behalf. 2022 Washington County Walk to End Alzheimer’s
Sp Floors & Design Center was proud to participate in the Washington County Walk to End Alzheimer’s for 2022. We proudly raised over $15,000 to further the fight against this devastating disease, and to help find a cure.
2022 Peter’s Township Chamber of Commerce Bowling fundraiser
SP Floors & Design Center participated in the Peter’s Township Chamber of Commerce Bowling Fundraiser. We had a great time! And we want to thank our staff who attended the event and the chamber for hosting it.

2021 #endALZ Walk in Washington, PA
In 2021, SP Floors & Design Center decided to join the #endALZ Walk in Washington, PA. Many employees quickly came together with friends and family to help raise money for Team Audrey. Audrey Pape, mother of our owner Stacey Pape, passed away in 2021 and lived with her Alzheimer’s for many years. Stacey wanted to honor her mom by joining efforts to #endALZ with the Washington race.
Thank you to our many employees for their fundraising efforts and the matching gifts from SP Floors & Design Center. We were able to raise $9,262 and took first place with our team! Three of our employees were in the Top 10 for most money raised by an individual. GREAT JOB and THANK YOU to all who helped make this possible.
SP Floors Chili Cook-Off for Charity 2019
On behalf of all of us at SP Floors & Design Center, we want to thank you for your support in our first SP Floors Chili Cook-Off for Charity. With your help we were able to raise over $10,500 for 9 sponsored charities! We had a vision to bring together local charities, local businesses, friends, and colleagues to share the night and give back.
We succeeded with just that! A very special THANK YOU to our sponsors and participants! Thank you to Bella Sera, Jason Capps, as well as Giuseppe and Carlo DiGristina, for being our Chef Judges, and for their generous donations of tables and linens to help make our event perfect. Thank you to our Guest Judges Nick Sherman and Jesse Pettit for taking time out of their busy schedule to join us and help judge our chili. Thank you to Beinhauer Funeral Homes for accommodating us for special parking. Thank you to WPXI and Legacy Lanes, Inc. for your generous gift to help raise spirit money.

Celebrate America Event 2019
"Remember and Honor our Veterans" was our theme for the Celebrate America Event. With a great cookout and a beautiful day, we were able to raise money through proceeds of sales by you for both:
- The City Mission Crabtree-Kovacicek Veterans House (https://www.citymission.org/veterans/)
- Veterans Leadership Program (https://www.veteransleadershipprogram.org/)
There was music, raffles, and games, and everyone donated to the City Missions STUFF-a-TRUCK with gently-used clothes and household goods, as well as donated to the PACK-a-BIKE with drinks and power bars for the Veterans Leadership Program: The Great American Veterans Rally. Thank you!
ALZHEIMER’S ASSOCIATION Disease Research
Funding research is our only hope for a cure…
Giving to the Alzheimer’s Association is very near and dear to Stacey Pape and her family. This donation will go to Alzheimer’s disease research dedicated to Audrey Pape. SP Floors & Design Center held events throughout 2019 to help raise awareness and fundraising efforts for Alzheimer’s Association.

Blueprints Christmas 2018 ADOPT-A -FAMILY
Thank you to our SP Floors & Design Center for giving so generously to our Blueprints Christmas 2018 Adopt-A-Family through serving Southwestern Pennsylvania. Because of people like you, 494 children from 202 families had a holiday season this year they would not otherwise have had. 176 individuals and businesses/organizations/groups pulled together to make Blueprints Christmas 2018 magical for our families in economic transition.

Washington City Mission
The City Mission offers two branches of service: Compassionate Care and our Life Recovery Program. Compassionate Care reaches out to those most in need by offering basic services such as meals, shelter, and medical care. The Life Recovery Program assists men, women, and children who are in crisis and looking for life transformation.
