  • Administrative Assistant (Full Time)
    We are a high volume flooring and cabinet supplier open to the public. We perform both retail and wholesale services for our customer base. Our company is proudly dedicated to its staff, customers, and community fostering a friendly, energetic, and professional environment. We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative, clerical, and accounting tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities. Administrative Assistant responsibilities include assisting in email communications, meeting agendas, necessary travel arrangements, preparing reports, and maintaining appropriate filing systems. Preparing accounting functions to maintain customer billings, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and order processing. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS office , MS Excel and general office equipment. Experience with any flooring related software such as RFMS is very desirable. If you have previous experience as a bookkeeper, administrative assistant, or familiarity within the flooring industry, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, a successful Admin Assistant should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office , customer, and vendor relations.

  • Flooring Sales Representative (Full Time)
    This full-time position requires previous experience in selling flooring products. Individual to interact with customers and assist them in making product and color selections. Sales Representative is an individual who enjoys working with customers and growing their account base for further sales. The ideal candidate is someone who is willing to cold call, respond to a request for proposals, and network in the community. We are looking for a self-motivated, driven individual who can identify potential customers, develop accounts through face-to-face meetings. In addition to selling, the Sales Representative takes ownership of all project management that includes measuring.

  • Design Center Consultant (Full Time)
    This position requires the individual to interact with customers and assist them in making product and color selections to their individual needs whether in the showroom or selection center. Assist buyers with decision making by determining needs, wants, and budget that will work best in their home. Understand the value to achieve maximum upgrade selections for the buyer's financial capacity.
